Cancellation and missed appointment policy
ChngeWrks Inc. requires adequate notice for cancellations for individual counselling sessions, as this enables us to accommodate and support other people in need. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please call us 24 hours before your appointment at 647.812.0938.
A cancellation fee of $75 will be charged if the appointment is cancelled without 24 24-hour notice.
Group programming is non-refundable. Block fee payment is applied at the time of booking, as participants are required to secure their spot to attend.
